FAQ's

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Processing time is 1-7 business days, once order has been fulfilled, shipping through OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS will occur after processing time. Time may be extended during sales and new releases. 

Q: What if my order is damaged, lost or stolen during shipment?

A:  Notify the carrier if you have any issues. Once we ship your products your postal service is responsible for delivery. 

Q: Where is my tracking number?

A: If you haven’t received a tracking number after the processing time has passed, please contact us via email at SUPPORT@THEDIPPINGDIVAS.COM.

Q: How do i know if I’m allergic to a product?

A: We recommend doing a patch test, behind the ear or near neckline. Allergens occur quickly, itching, hives, swelling are noticeable as soon as 5min-1hour  after contact. If you notice you are allergic, discontinue use of product. If you notice severe reactions, i.e. bleeding, excessive burning, swelling, etc. seek medical attention immediately.

Q: I accidentally put the wrong address on my order, how do I receive my products?

A: Dipping Divas LLC. is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If you place an order using the wrong address and it already shipped, we cannot change it. If your order is shipped back to us you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please make sure the address you use is complete and correct before placing your order.

Q: Do you take orders over the phone, through social media, or cash app?

A: We do not take orders over the phone, or cash app. Orders can be placed through our website support@thedippingdivas.com, and via Facebook at Dipping Divas LLC. 

Q: Am i able to pick up products, once I’ve ordered?

A: We do not have a store front location at this moment, so all products must be shipped.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, we do not ship internationally.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Once your order is placed there can not be any changes made. Please be sure to verify your order as well as the address before submitting. We only exchange items that are defective. Please email at support@thedippingdivas.com with your name, order number, and pictures of defective items.
