In this blog, we're going to look at an essential macromineral for the body, magnesium. You might have heard about this mineral but never really thought much of it because it is not discussed as often as minerals such as potassium, sodium, and calcium. Nevertheless, this mineral or lack of this mineral can cause severe imbalances within the human body if neglected.
So let's talk about why magnesium is so vital to the body! First off, it supports several functions such as helping with nerve and muscle functioning, it helps regulate blood pressure, and a huge factor is it helps to keep our immune systems. You should know that all humans have magnesium stored within the skeletal structure of our bodies, as well as in muscles, tissues, and body fluids.
You might ask well, how can we get magnesium in our body naturally? That is an excellent question because magnesium is found in vegetables (such as collard greens, mustard greens, kale, and spinach), fruits (such as bananas and avocados). Magnesium is found in nuts and seeds (such as pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds), grains, tofu, and some fish (salmon, mackerel).
However, most people do not get enough magnesium in their diets and often do not recognize deficiency symptoms. Studies have also shown that getting enough magnesium could help prevent and control chronic diseases such as Alzheimer's, Type 2 Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, ADHD, asthma, pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, hypertension, osteoporosis, and migraines. Not only that, but magnesium has also been shown to help support bone health.
So I started researching magnesium about two years ago when someone close to me was going through health issues. I learned that it helps to regulate muscle pains, anxiety, PMS symptoms, blood pressure, and a host of other symptoms. I also learned that it potentially helps alleviate migraine symptoms and insomnia.
All of that information brings me to the present day. I had heard about transdermal magnesium therapy and the potential of its benefits when I learned of magnesium spray from a friend of mine. She told me that she sprays it every day; she advised me that it will most likely sting when applied. I was not sure I wanted to try it if it stung when applied, so I began looking for other magnesium methods and stumbled upon magnesium lotion. I have been embracing a more natural journey related to products that I use in and on my body, so I decided to try to make the lotion on my own using organic ingredients.
I created both a magnesium body butter and magnesium lotion, which is available on our website. I tested the body butter and must say it was smooth and felt super moisturizing, and I instantly began to feel something going on within my body. I later applied some body butter after a hot shower. I then went to bed and will say that my brain shut off for the first time in a while. I slept well and had a restful sleep.
Suppose you are having trouble sleeping or with anxiety. Give this lotion a try. It may be the answer you need. Click this link to get to know me and access exclusive deals and more https://page.co/CEa9U5!
